Now put that in your pipe

Before 1883, up to 90% of all paper was made of hemp!

While the official copy of the Declaration that still survives today was written on parchment, which is a treated animal skin; a couple of the drafts of the Declaration were written on hemp paper.

In his farm journal of August 7, 1765, Washington notes that he “began to separate the male from the female hemp… rather too late.” An astute agronomist, Washington could only have been seeking a crop with stronger “medicinal” qualities.

Truly. It’s something to note that these were AFTER the Hayes Act & it’s war on hemp began.

ayup and another prohibition proves its futility. How many times has it been that something that is of benefit has been abused to the point of addiction or harm because some believe that “if some is good more has to be better”

Hemp is a fabulous fibre, it makes terrific cloth which dyes and wears very well. it blends well, particualry with silk.

It is wonderful how well we can interact in virtual space, it does take a bit more perceptiveness but it is just as real.
